How to Use Automation Workflow Builder in Console Bulkwise -- Send Multiple WhatsApp Message

Step 1 : Visit Console Bulkwise Panel and Go to Automations Menu

Step 2 : Click create and enter the Name for your reference and open it

Step 3 : Click on “Webhook Trigger” Node and Copy your Webhook URL , Below that Click Start button Receive Test Data

Step 4: Integrate this webhook url with your software / postman and send the data

Step 5 : Once Data Received , check it and click stop 

Step 6 : Now click on Plus ( + ) icon and add Send WhatsApp Template

Step 7 : Select “Sender number” of your whatsapp number , choose template , below it show the variables to fill / map

Step 8 : Use {{ to view the received data , Map the Values as needed and close this Drawer

Step 9 : to send another number , same format add another “Send whatsapp template node” and Fill those information

Step 10 : Like this as needed multiple Notification setup can implement , once all done , in top click the test flow button and test it , if everything is working fine , then publish it
