Meta WhatsApp charges in India
Meta bills WhatsApp template and session messages separately from the Bulkwise plan. Rates change. Use Meta's current rate card, then add the ₹2,500 or ₹3,500 Bulkwise subscription.
Meta charges for business-initiated template messages and, in some cases, for conversations inside the customer-service window. Those rates are set by Meta for India and they change. A number printed on an old blog post is not a quote.
Your Bulkwise invoice is the software plan: ₹2,500 a month on Starter or ₹3,500 a month on Growth, paid for 3 months or 1 year. That invoice does not zero out the Meta bill.
Before a campaign, check three things: the template category Meta will apply, whether the contact opted in, and the current India rate on Meta's official price list. Utility templates such as order updates are priced differently from marketing templates.
