What you pay Meta for WhatsApp

Two bills apply when you use the WhatsApp Business API in India. Bulkwise bills the software. Meta bills WhatsApp conversation fees on the card you add in WhatsApp Manager.

On Bulkwise, Starter is ₹2,500 a month ($35) for 3 months and ₹2,000 a month for 1 year ($270 for the year). Growth is ₹3,500 a month ($45) for 3 months and ₹3,000 a month for 1 year ($380 for the year). A 3-month term is ₹7,500 or ₹10,500. Paid onboarding is ₹2,500, self-serve setup is free, and a 3-month plan includes paid onboarding.

Meta charges 88 paise per marketing message, 13 paise per utility message, and 13 paise per service message. These charges apply on Starter, Growth, and a custom plan, and they are not included in the Bulkwise price. SMS on Bulkwise is separate: 13 paise per delivered message in India, with no platform fee. IVR is ₹2,000 a month for 1,000 minutes in India.
