Start with a live website that shows the business name, an MSME certificate or a current-account document, a business email, a Facebook account with an unrestricted business portfolio, a mobile number that is not already on the WhatsApp consumer app, and a Visa credit or debit card for Meta billing.

The setup itself covers the Facebook Business Manager, the developer account and API access, WhatsApp number registration, payment setup in WhatsApp Manager, catalogue setup with WooCommerce product sync when you sell online, and WhatsApp Pay with Razorpay when you need in-chat payments.
