WhatsApp message template generator
The message template generator drafts a WhatsApp template from a short description so you can edit it before Meta review.
WhatsApp will not deliver a business-initiated message unless the wording sits in an approved template. Marketing templates need an opt-in. Utility templates cover the order and account updates a customer already expects. Authentication templates carry a one-time password. The generator helps you write that draft. Meta still approves or rejects it. Bulkwise does not approve templates and does not set Meta’s category price.
Describe the job of the message. A shipping update names the order and the status. A festive offer states the offer and how to opt out of future marketing. A payment reminder states the amount and the due date. Keep variables obvious, such as the customer name or the order number, and put realistic sample values in the draft so the reviewer sees the same message your customer will see.
A draft is not a live campaign. Copy it into WhatsApp Manager or into Bulkwise after your number is live, then submit it. If Meta rejects the wording, edit the draft and submit again. Do not paste a price you have not confirmed, and do not claim a discount the business will not honour.
The tool is free and does not require a Bulkwise plan. The plan is what you need when the approved template should go to a list, from a shared inbox, with replies handled by a bot or an agent. Starter is ₹2,500 a month. Growth is ₹3,500 a month and includes email. Meta conversation fees stay on Meta’s bill.
Open the generator, write the draft, and start a free trial when you are ready to send it from your own WhatsApp Business API number. Book a demo if you want help choosing marketing versus utility before the first submission.
Read the draft out loud before you submit it. A template that sounds like a person will still fail review if it asks for a login code in a marketing category, or if it hides the business name. Put the business name in the body or the footer. Keep one idea in each template: a delivery update should not also carry a festival offer. If you need both, write two templates and send the offer only to people who opted in. Save the approved name and the language code. The JSON you send later has to match that name exactly, including capitals and underscores. A renamed draft in the generator does not rename the template Meta already approved.
